What is Physio-Synergi?

Physio-Synergi is the art and science of realigning ligaments, tendons, muscles and bones to their original perfect alignment allowing optimal function, flexibility, and strength. It is a method combining three separate disciplines (soft tissue manipulation, range of motion, and assisted stretching) into one wholly integrated, unique technique.
