Meridith Llewelin's Physio-Synergi Therapy provides a hands-on technique that aligns muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This technique restores function to the muscles and joints while relieving pain and improving strength, flexibility, balance, and speed.

Meridith offers office appointments of 1/2 hour or a full hour, Monday through Friday. You may choose to arrive at your appointment a 1/2 hour earlier than your scheduled time to relax on one of our therapeutic massage beds. This helps to relax and prepare your body for the treatment that follows. Please mention your intention to arrive early when making the appointment. After your appointment, Meridith may recommend that you stay an additional 1/2 hour for an ice-pack treatment while being massaged on one of our therapeutic beds. There is no additional charge for icing or the therapeutic beds when in conjunction with a treatment.

We ask that new clients bring the completed forms (see links for forms in sidebar at left) when arriving for their first appointment. You may also fill out the forms in our office if you prefer.
